We are experienced across several property types including multifamily residential (apartments), office buildings, industrial warehouses, retail centers, medical (healthcare) facilities, hospitality (hotels), and land. We either participate as sponsor (general partner) of a transaction or through co-investments and joint ventures (co-general partner, co-developer).
